Yes — this is one of our most common requests. We use an enzyme-based deodorising treatment that breaks down the organic compounds causing the odour rather than masking them with fragrance. For severe or long-standing pet odour, a second treatment may be recommended.
We clean cotton, polyester, microfibre, velvet, chenille, linen, wool blends, and synthetic fabrics. We do not recommend steam cleaning for silk or delicate antique fabrics — we'll advise alternative methods for these.
